Coming up in a few minutes I’m going to have a conversation with a brand new real estate investor Nate and we are going to change things up a bit today. He’s going to interview me. He has my permission to ask me anything. Hopefully he will cover a lot of the things you are interested in, but it’s very possible he will bring up something unexpected. It’s unscripted and he hasn’t provided to me the questions in advance. Should be fun.
