This year the Flipping America REIA is focusing on 11 different ways to get there in our main meetings on the third Thursday evening of each month except December. January was Multi-Family month. February is House Flipping month. Today, we talk to Bruce Glenn, who has made his millions Flipping Houses.
We don’t encourage everyone to drop what you are doing and start flipping houses like you see on TV, but we do encourage everyone to have real estate as a part of their investment portfolio. Today we are looking at an interesting possibility in another country and I will weigh in with some of my criteria I use when evaluating international investing.
